  We worked with Yavuz to purchase our home in Montville, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The property had gone under contract before we even got to see it, but when it came back on the market, Yavuz quickly stepped in and helped us secure it for a much lower price than the original accepted offer. During the loan process, a few unexpected issues came up, but with his help we handled each one calmly and with our best interests in mind. What started as a bumpy ride turned into a smooth sail thanks to his knowledge, communication, and persistence. We're very happy with our home and truly appreciate all the work Yavuz put in to make it happen.

  We were first-time homebuyers with no idea where to start, and working with Yavuz made all the difference. He helped us define our search criteria and found the perfect home in Teaneck, just around the corner from the bus ideal for us as New York commuters. Yavuz also connected us with a great lender who offered an excellent deal, making the financing process smooth and stress-free. During inspections, he negotiated for the sellers to replace the entire roof, giving us a home that's now worry-free for the next 20 years.
