I am very disappointed with my recent experience with Dr. Castelluber.<br><br>I had been her patient for over 20 years and always considered her a good doctor. However, things have changed. She abruptly interrupted my hormone treatment and required me to schedule and pay for another appointment just to get a refill--even though I had already been seen in the office only 15 days prior.<br><br>Additionally, I was told that the office does not accept insurance, but that they would provide a letter for reimbursement. I had my appointment in February, and only received this letter almost three months later. I called five times to follow up about the receipt/letter. When I finally reached out again to ask when it would be sent, the secretary hung up on me, which I found extremely disrespectful.<br><br>Sadly, it feels like the focus has shifted more toward money than patient care. I also know several other people who have had similar experiences.<br><br>I can no longer recommend this practice

The front desk staff are very rude and unprofessional. They don't seem to care about patients at all--only about payment. The overall experience felt impersonal and disappointing. I would not recommend this place based on the lack of basic respect and care.
