  Highly recommend Vetco! My dog recently received dental treatment for cavities, and Dr. Abdul was incredibly thorough and attentive, just as he always is. The entire staff was also so kind and took amazing care of my baby. I am completely satisfied with their care. The only challenging part is that the wait times can be a bit long even with an appointment, so I hope they can improve on that. Overall, I am very happy with Vetco and highly recommend them!

  I just want to so thank you to everyone who took really awsome care of my sunshine. I'm lucky that I went here they took care of my dogs allergies gave her shots up-to-date. They also did an amazing job on a small procedure that she had to get done from not knowing that she had an infection . After everything they did my sunshine looks so awesome now. I will for sure be going back if ever needed even if it's a 50 minute ride for me. That's how amazing they did in all aspects down from the veterinarian to the workers in the front. Keep up the good work, everyone.

  I previously left a positive review for this clinic based on my experience at the time a year ago. Unfortunately, I'm updating my review because my recent experience was very different...<br>I am very disappointed with my experience during a recent visit. The veterinarian I had previously seen had moved, so I was assigned to see Jessica Silver instead. I did not feel comfortable or reassured during the appointment. I felt that the communication was unclear and that I wasn't receiving direct answers to my questions. I was already extremely worried about my cat and what was going on with him, and the way the situation was presented by her made me feel as though he could die at any moment. Rather than leaving feeling informed and reassured, I left feeling scared and overwhelmed. During that one visit, I spent around $800, and I was then told that my cat needed a roughly $900 ultrasound. At the time, the way it was presented made me believe the ultrasound was urgent.   We first brought Ruby to Vetco Total Care, Hackensack about a year ago for her first checkup and recently returned for her spay surgery. The staff made us feel comfortable and kept us updated throughout the day.<br><br>Dr. Abdul Lathief Kalappurakal Abdulazeez carefully explained the procedure and aftercare and followed up on Ruby's recovery. At her follow-up appointment yesterday, we were happy to learn that the incision had healed well and Ruby was doing great.<br><br>We truly appreciate the care and attention provided by Dr. Abdul and the entire Vetco Hackensack team.
