I bought a used 2019 Kia Forte, and it's a great car! I had very very great service from Jackson. He went above and beyond. However, I've been waiting for a check from upper management because I was charged more than I was supposed to. It's been over 2 months, and even with follow ups I have not received a check. I got a text saying I should leave a review, so this is my honest experience.

This is exactly how I landed at the Jack Daniels KIA location and working with Camille Ciauri. Before I drove here I literally researched numerous dealers from south Jersey to North Jersey and I am very happy to say the reviews for Jack Daniels KIA were spot on. I sent an email to Camille the salesperson who I read wonderful reviews about and got in my car and drove from Belmar to Paramus. From our first step in the door and being greeted by the receptionist we felt excited to be here. Each person we met were cheerful, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly felt "real". I had such a great experience working with Chris at Kia! He was an amazing salesman from start to finish. He made the entire process easy and stress-free, from the test drive to explaining every step of the leasing process.<br><br>Chris was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood everything along the way.
