I ordered a lunch special and asked if fries were included. I was told yes. When I later checked my charges I was told that it was an extra charge and my total was almost doubled.<br><br>They were dishonest about their pricing and hung up the phone on me when I tried to get it clarified

Employee completely messed up both my orders. Very simple BEC and also gave me the wrong bagel on the side. I've given this place a couple of chances since it's so close to me but it disappoints in a new way each time.<br><br>Additionally bagels never seem fresh. Went at 7am thinking it would be different.

I usually love this place but when I went today no one had gloves on and I proceeded to watch the man taking/preparing my order touch the pen, paper, counter, shove his bare hand into the bag of rolls, slice it, and wrap it - no gloves - I refused to buy it and left

One of my favorite bagel spots by far. Menu has quite a few options that are perfect for breakfast or lunch. I've been going here for upwards of 15 years. Their quality has never changed.
