I have been through many HVAC technicians with my 20 year old system, so when it was time to replace the unit I was hoping to find a trustworthy contractor because my previous ones were not. I called Pro Air Climate and Chris responded promptly with a competitive estimate compared to the five other estimates I received. He was also able to schedule me for an appointment within a few days. I hired Pro Air Climate to replace my entire central air conditioning system. His original price beat everyone and then he told me about a rebate and no one was able to come close to that price. He was friendly and polite and replied to my texts almost immediately keeping me updated on the process. Chris and his partner were punctual and neat. They wore shoe covers to enter my house and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. The work was done quickly, thoroughly, and with attention to detail. Chris and his guys arrived right on time, wore shoe covers to protect our floors, and kept the workspace spotless.
