John Leckie, Inc. is a family owned school bus company that has proudly served Northern New Jersey since 1958. Our founder, John Leckie started the company by transporting a single student in his station wagon. 60 years later his three grandchildren operate a fleet of over 100 school buses and employ 150 drivers, aides and mechanics. We are a leader in pupil transportation and are committed to providing safety, accountability and service to all who ride our buses!

I tried to be nice and not do a Google review on this company being a fellow bus driver. I can't take it anymore I've seen at least two buses allowing small children to stand while the buses in motion on a busy highway. This is something I would never do as a bus driver. I'm not sure if they have bus assistant on the bus as well but someone is not doing their job and this needs to stop before someone gets hurt really bad.

The bus bus company John leckie not the drivers the office giving a little additude when I am trying to call them and they hang up the phone quick they need to be more nicer next time

Esta compania esta haciendo el transporte de los ninos de las escuelas primarias, Elementary y middle school de las escuelas de Bergen chapter desde Garfield a Hackensack, les puedo decir que hacen un mal trabajo, siempre traen a los ninos tarde, han dejado a ninos solos en la parada sin darse cuenta que sus padres por alguna razon no estan y no llevan de regreso a la escuela como la ley lo dice ( a mi hija Una nina de 7 anos me la dejaron un dia sola), tampoco cargan la lista de ninos que tienen q recoger desde el primer dia, solo andan con un papel de la direccion de la escuela y ellos mismo no saben a que escuela van y cuando uno llama a la compania para ver que paso le contestan q es el distrito de Hackensack q tiene la culpa.

We have used the Leckie Bus Company for several years to transport our teen moms safely and on time to camp. The drivers are always friendly and reliable, prompt and respectful. We are very pleased with their service.
