  I have ADHD and I felt discriminated. When I booked my appointment 6 months prior it was canceled on me so I have to wait another month just to get my routine cleaning. During this I found out I had gum recession and some cavities, I told them this over the phone I told him I was concerned. Then when I came in and they checked it out and it was all said and done I asked him these questions like "when can we do the fillings," "are the gum recession going to be a problem," and a few more. He answered them and sent me to his secretary to make the appointments and then walked away. I have ADHD and tend to repeat questions and I wanted to know more about my current situation so I asked the secretary the same questions hoping to get more because from my perspective the dentist was gone and I thought it was busy I didn't think much of it at the time. Apparently he overheard me asking questions while I also was letting her know my days that i could be available for the two appointments. He the

  I had a very disappointing experience with this office. I made an appointment and they even called me a week in advance to remind me, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, I forgot about the appointment and didn't call to cancel. Instead of simply rescheduling or giving me another chance, they told me they no longer want to take me as a patient.<br>I understand that missed appointments are inconvenient, but refusing to see a patient again over one mistake feels very unprofessional and extreme. Life happens, and most offices allow at least one missed appointment before dismissing someone completely.<br>Very disappointing customer service and not very understanding toward patients
