  Appallingly rude and unprofessional staff.<br><br>Our visit today was nothing short of infuriating. We came in ready to spend real money on exterior doors -- apparently a huge inconvenience for the staff. One employee was helping another couple, so we waited patiently. We even tried several times to find someone else at the front desk, but the checkout line was the only thing anyone seemed to care about.<br><br>When we finally got someone's attention, the first thing out of his mouth wasn't "How can I help you?" but "We close in 15 minutes." We explained that we'd already been waiting half an hour while his colleague was tied up. His response? A smug comment about how if we "needed a solution," we should have gone to the "solutions sign."<br><br>As we started walking toward the door section, he doubled down with "We don't read minds -- how are we supposed to know you need help?" That level of arrogance and hostility is staggering.<br><br>We left immediately. It was crystal clear that w

  This is an amazing place with even more amazing employees. Although I shopped here a couple of times before, I didn't know they had a huge lumber yard and storages in the back for any materials you need for your project. There were many employees ready and happy to help me, and among them was Jonathan. He was knowledgeable and helpful, and he also had a good attitude making my experience great. The quality of the hard and soft products makes me keep coming back to here instead of other big box stores.

  Great for lumber and also has some tools and paint. This might be surprising to hear, but they generally have better prices and always better quality than Home Depot and Lowe's
