  1 STAR -- GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING BEFORE WASTING YOUR TIME<br><br>This was one of the most frustrating dealership experiences I've had.<br><br>I saw a 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLS advertised online for $26,799. Before making the trip, I called the dealership and spoke with a lady who told me the price was actually around $25,000.<br><br>Based on the advertised price and what I was told over the phone, I drove TWO HOURS to this dealership.<br><br>After arriving, the numbers completely changed. I was told the vehicle price was $30,900, and after taxes, dealer fees and other fees, they wanted approximately $36,000 OUT THE DOOR.<br><br>I even showed them the online listing showing the $26,799 advertised price. I could not understand how a vehicle advertised for $26,799--and quoted to me over the phone at around $25,000--became $30,900 before taxes and fees once I arrived.<br><br>And it gets worse: I waited approximately THREE HOURS at the dealership.<br><br>Between driving 2 hours there, spend

  Gino helped me out get the m550. Good customer service from the team. Had a problem with a sensor, which got resolved immediately! Extremely happy with the crevice this delership provided!

  Purchased a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee and Nick was helpful the full way through and even helped me navigate the insurance calls to get full coverage same day. I really appreciate the time and effort he took to work with me all day long.
