  I've been going to Audi Englewood for many years and have never had anything other than excellent experiences with their service department. I, too, would like to shout out Gregory McDowell as an excellent service rep -- professional, knowledgeable, and upfront about pricing. They are SO far above any other Audi service I've had in the tri-state area. Exceptional.

  I had an excellent experience at Audi Englewood. My Audi Q8 needed an engine repair that was covered under warranty, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and completely hassle-free. They also provided me with a loaner vehicle, which made everything so much easier while my Q8 was being repaired.<br><br>A huge thank you to Gregory McDowell for taking such great care of me. He kept me updated throughout the process, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was handled from start to finish. My Q8 is running perfectly now, and I couldn't be happier with the service.<br><br>If you need service for your Audi, I highly recommend Audi Englewood, and especially Gregory McDowell. He's professional, honest, easy to work with, and truly goes above and beyond for his customers. Thank you again!

  Nearly 3 hours for a simple oil change, even with an appointment that I was quoted on the phone saying it would take only an hour. I had a 8:20am appointment, it wasn't ready until 11:05am.<br><br>Poor customer service throughout and poor communication. When asked why it was taking so long, they give unreasonable excuses saying that they did a safety inspection, everywhere else this inspection takes less than 10 minutes.<br><br>They said they would wash it and it says that in the invoice but they definitely did not.<br><br>Avoid going here if you can.

  Bought my Audi from Audi Englewood and serviced the vehicle there multiple times, yet when my car developed a known mechatronics issue covered under an Audi TSB, they were unwilling to help in any meaningful way.<br><br>Audi Brooklyn diagnosed the issue and confirmed it matched a known mechatronics/TCM problem with an official Audi TSB. Even though the car is only about a year out of warranty and has a documented service history, Audi Englewood refused to be flexible or advocate for goodwill assistance unless I paid them another diagnostic fee first, with no guarantee of any help afterward.<br><br>This is exactly what frustrates people about luxury brands today. If Audi wants customers to continue buying these vehicles, they need to stand behind them when known defects appear shortly after warranty expiration. Customers should not be expected to pay thousands of dollars for failures tied to known issues and then get pushed into paying even more diagnostic fees just to "maybe" receive a

Your vehicle was diagnosed at another Audi dealer, and as a dealership, we do not approve goodwill assistance ourselves that process goes directly through Audi of America. Audi Brooklyn, who diagnosed your vehicle, is not affiliated with our dealership. <br>Our staff did explain that we cannot simply submit a goodwill request on a vehicle we have not serviced since 2024 without first following the p
