  I've been meditating here for over two years, and I am incredibly grateful for this community. From the very beginning, I felt genuinely welcomed, heard, and cared for.   After taking a break from meditation for a couple of years, I attended an introductory session at Teaneck Meditation Center in March. I truly appreciated the warm, calming atmosphere and found the flexibility of both on-site and remote sessions to be very accommodating. I recommend Teaneck Meditation Center to anyone seeking to reduce stress, and I look forward to continuing my practice here.

  This meditation center has become part of my quiet time and grounding routine. In today's overstimulated digital world, it gives me space to slow down, clear my mind, and reconnect. It's also where many of my creative ideas come to the surface. A peaceful, welcoming place that I'm grateful for.
