  We cannot recommend Approved Funding enough. Shmuel made the stressful process of purchasing a home as seamless as possible and took great care of us every step of the way. This was our first time purchasing a home so we had lots of questions and he and his team were always eager to help guide us. They worked in collaboration with our realtor and attorney and Shmuel even stopped in to say hello at our closing. You will not regret using Approved funding for your mortgage needs!

  Approved Funding is a great place to get a mortgage. We were very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage lender. Dave was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is there every step of the process and would respond to all my questions in a timely manner. He was very transparent with the whole process and took away any worries I had. Dave made the entire experience smooth and stress free.
