CVS Pharm promotes its Rewards program to the public and then rewards them on their shopping habits. How is it that for 4 months the in-store redemption coupon center machine is non-functional? A section of OUR population Does Not have access to computers, cell phones or other communication devices and are being De-enfranchised by the INactions of the corporate giant. In a time of uncertainty and upheavel this is NOT a good look, and will be reported as such.
