    The residents are nice and friendly and pretty quiet but theres a catch. Observe the pictures. There is a draft coming through all the gaps and cracks in the floor and against the walls. The smell is of sewage, crawl space and possibly mold. Since July 2020, about 30 minutes of work done in apt. Smell is still there, haven't been able to use my closet where the smell is strongest. Super ignores attempts to contact him, leasing office manager, Joyce yells "talk to the super." The super here is quite possibly the laziest human being I've ever met. Contact the NJ Dept of Housing Inspection if you live here and have issues, it falls under their jurisdiction.
