Had a very bad experience buying home from this seller recently . After inspection, they agreed to fix all issues noted by my inspector but they did not fix any of the issues professionally which caused multiple issues in our home right after closing. Seller is a flipper and they didn't provide proof of the work after the inspection. On closing day , we requested the paperwork for all the issues, they addressed but they denied to provide any . A few days after closing we experienced multiple issues. I reached out seller several time but their response was very poor. They kept saying you should also have done the inspection on final walk through. This is ridiculous and who have time to go check roof and all on final walk through day? Every buyer expect that seller will provide proof of the work which they agreed as promised . Since you are flipper and you dont have the paperwork so you should have done the work properly.
