After many years, it was time to replace my roof. Hackensack Roofing was the best choice. Their estimate and bid were more than competitive. The team was professional. They left my property every day as clean as they found it. I am really pleased with the new roof, gutters and gutter guards. They addressed some issues that an old home can have. (roof vent). I gladly recommend Hackensack Roofing and the entire team.

Hackensack Roofing has provided service to my company's management portfolio of properties as well as my own personal properties for more than two decades. They are always professional and timely. They are a reputable firm. The roofing sector has many untrustworthy companies, but with Hackensack Roofing and Richie Garino, Jr. as my point of contact, I am confident my properties are in good hands, and they respond to emergencies in a timely manner. Worse company ever!!! Horrible customer service and very rude owner. He doesn't care about his work or what gets damaged. Please find another roofer. This guy is really really bad at what he does. His 2.6 review rating is too high for his work. He need zero rating. Won't return calls and is nasty as they come. Update: roof was suppose to be fixed and After this weeks rainfall. And look. The 3rd photo is from Weds. 12/11. DO NOT USE THEM. Not only are the horrible at roofing but they don't stand by their jobs and have horrific customer service.

This company sucks. I worked with Angel L. to get an estimate for a partial roof replacement and chimney flashing repair. We signed the contract and then he went rogue for weeks. No communication for a while. He never picks up his phone and only communicates through text messages when he feels like it. The receptionist at the office is completely useless. They provide no information and never help you. We scheduled a day for them to make the repairs and they canceled on me several times, including the morning of the repairs. I gave him a piece of my mind and he never responded and never showed up to the third rescheduled day. There are plenty of roofers that service Bergen county. Do not work with these guys. It's not worth the hassle.

Terrible service. One of their ladders fell on my deck and destroyed it, they offered to fix it and did a lousy job. Garbage was left all over my house and left so much debris in the attic. My deck and around the house was stained with a black element. I had to pay someone to fix my deck, clean my attic and power wash my house. I DO NOT recommend this company at all.
