  I can't recommend Paul enough. He came highly recommended by a friend, and he helped me and my husband every step of the way to buy our first home.<br><br>He truly goes above and beyond. He is so knowledgable in not just real estate, but since he is also a developer, he also has so much insight on the value/quality of homes. I trust Paul and cannot wait to go through this process again with him. I am so thankful.

From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and truly cared about finding the perfect home for me. They were always quick to respond, patient with all my questions, and went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free.<br><br>What really stood out was their honesty and attention to detail -- I always felt like they had my best interests in mind.   Paul is an excellent realtor who is responsive, caring, and goes beyond to represent your best intentions. He has guided and talked me out of overpaying and purchasing an okay unit. Instead used his network to find a place that has not come on market yet to provide a great opportunity to get ahead of others to view and put in a purchase a difficult line of unit that comes available. In fact, I had so much trust in Paul that we put in an offer unseen and it was accepted within day or two. I didn't even see the unit in-person until few weeks later when I returned from overseas trip.<br><br>We also needed help getting some work done in the unit and Paul introduced us to a contractor, then came with him in-person even thought we had closed already and received keys. Thanks Paul!

  Paul is a true professional and gentleman. He found me a great tenant and went above and beyond for my family and I. For example, I needed a new washer, dryer, refrigerator and stove and not only did he find and order them for me, but he had his own installer put them in for me! Now THAT is first-class service! In addition, he always made himself available to me within a timely manner and answered ANY questions that I had throughout the process. Top-Notch Realtor!!!
