Established in 2008. Our family owned business started in early 2008. Owner Horace Ragbir, a 30+ veteran in the auto repair industry mastered the technique of bringing a car back to life. He believed that customers needed a new perspective on auto repair shops and his pursuit was just that. We separate ourselves from the typical auto repair facility because we're "dealer certified" minus the wicked high prices. However, the size of the shop may be small but we capitalize in the amount of work and variety of vehicles we repair daily.

Had an oil leak going into work one morning and had to come here with no notice. Staff took great care of my vehicle, opted to repair the issue rather than charging me hundreds for a new part, and had my car ready for me before the end of the day. Exceptional service and even better people, I could not recommend a place more.

I have had great experiences with Protech auto repair in Englewood. Horace and his team are easy to work with from start to finish. They explain every detail clearly and complete the work on time and provide excellent service. It's refreshing to have an auto shop that genuinely cares about it's customers and stand behind their work. I highly recommend Protec auto repair to anyone looking for a reliable trustworthy and honest mechanic. I also enjoy the conversations with Horace while I'm there.<br>I have entrusted my fleet to his shop because of their integrity, they have always taken very good care to save our company money by not making unnecessary repairs.<br>I'll say it again, if you're looking for a great honest, Mechanic, They protect auto repair a shot!

Horace and his team were great. Called in to do a pre purchase inspection on a very last minute notice and was still able to fit me in a busy schedule. Thorough and honest work, with explanations of all findings. Good morals, good people.

Horace at ProTec Auto Repair diagnosed and repaired my Subaru quickly and efficiently, no runaround. What sets him apart is how straightforward he is. He does not try to upsell you on things you do not need, he just tells you exactly what your car needs and gets it done right. Trustworthy, transparent, and detail oriented from start to finish. Honestly the best repair shop in Englewood, and I would go as far as saying all of Bergen County. If you want a mechanic you can actually trust, this is the place.
