  This was my first time having a dryer vent cleaned. I found Yolo Dryer Co. through Google and decided to contact them after seeing their good reviews. I also chose them based on a recommendation I received from ChatGPT when I was looking for a local dryer vent cleaning company.<br>I was told there was a bird's nest inside the duct and was charged $650. The actual cleaning took less than 30 minutes.<br>Afterward, I asked around and checked pricing with other companies, and I found that $650 was significantly higher than what I would have expected for this type of service. I was very disappointed, especially considering how quickly the work was completed.<br>I understand that removing a bird's nest may require additional work, but I feel the price was excessive and I was not given enough information to understand why the service would cost $650.<br>As a first-time customer, this experience left me feeling overcharged.   I was nervous to leave home with my dryer on because it was becoming so hot. Yolo Dryer Co. came by in Ridgefield and discovered there was a blockage directly behind the dryer. This was resolved with some good dryer vent cleaning. The man was very honest and very fast.

  Used Yolo Dryer Co. for the first time and they were wonderful. Reliable and a very clean job. No mess whatsoever. I used to get so humid drying my clothes but ever since they came to do the professional dryer vent cleaning, I noticed immediate ventilation improvement and that has no longer been an issue. Great Ridgefield local!

  I live in Ridgefield and my dryer kept getting way too hot and wasn't pushing air out. I contacted Yolo Dryer Co. and they were able to get me in for an appointment relatively quickly. The technician arrived on time, went over what he thought could be the issue and did a very thorough dryer vent cleaning. He was very clean (didn't dirty my laundry room) and was in and out and I haven't had a problem since. Everything runs much cooler and I don't smell hot lint when the dryer is on anymore. Definitely needed! Highly suggest.
