Very disappointing experience with Dr. Adam Kenney. A family member was suffering from severe, ongoing pain, and the treatment and medications provided did not give her relief.<br><br>After seeking another medical opinion, we returned with new information about what could actually be causing her pain. Instead of feeling heard, we felt completely dismissed. While she was crying from pain and frustration, we were told, "Unfortunately, you have to learn to live with the pain."<br><br>Thankfully, we did NOT accept that answer. We continued looking for help, found another doctor who listened and treated the source of her pain, and she is now PAIN FREE.<br><br>I'm sharing this because other patients should know our experience before choosing their care. Being in severe pain does not mean you should stop asking questions or seeking another opinion.<br><br>Patients deserve compassion, respect, and to be heard.

I had a horrible experience with this practice. Terrible follow up and extremely poor communication and not following proper instructions with my insurance which resulted in me now having to find a new practice.
