  Free underground parking. The entrance is at Thompson Street. Take the elevator to the 4th floor and make a left as you get out. Continue straight, and the office will be at the end of the hallway to the right.<br><br>Dr. Medina was a great urologist. He made our 2 visits quick and pleasant. All front and back staff were very kind and polite!

  Whoever picks up the phone is rude and give generic answers claims to empathize but does nothing of the sort. I advised what my 15 month old child's issue was and she says well we listen for trigger words to identify if it's an emergency and proceeds to name things that require the 15 month old to tell<br>Me which is obviously not possible. Robotic generic responses typical healthcare BS

  Demand better people- I called 4x as a new patient to make an appointment at the Hackensack location and can not reach a live person at that location. UNACCEPTABLE. Not going to play phone tag with an unorganized company. The main number directs you to a general NYU Langone number and then they transfer you- which no one ever answers.

  Seriously incompetent office/ scheduling department. Waited months for an appointment. Showed up, and they said the doctor had left because they had on the computer that "the father couldn't make the appointment". I said that's insane. I'm the father and all you have is my cell number that never happened. That day they booked me for a later date several weeks later. I called day of to confirm and they said that appointment was in a location over 50 miles from my house, not where I had gone the last time. I said forget it, I'm through with you people. Someone called me later that day to apologize and rescheduled me for today at original location. I had insisted it be after school and they confirmed both day and time.<br><br>I showed up today and they said it is for a completely different day and time. And then tried to blame me for today AND the first appointment saying I was late which was a total lie and NOT what happened.<br><br>Huge waste of my time and my daughter has needed to see

  I waited for 30 min in patient room with a 9 months old baby. Then doctor showed up saying he has to leave to a hospital for another... 20min? Can he even get there in 20 min?<br>I had to leave.<br>The receptionist also told me she doesn't know how to do a refund on a copay.<br>Quite an experience.<br>UPDATE: I did notice a refund on copay after a couple of weeks , Thank you.
