Ever since this gym became fitness factory, it has been shown some real love. New machines, renovations, and future plans for more good things I have heard. It is nice to know that the fitness factory team wants to put our membership money towards creating a better gym environment for all members.

Sadly I have to give this rating, after several years of membership (2018). Since assuming ownership from Glenpointe Spa/Fitness in Nov 2025, the environment, vibe and spirit of the gym has devolved negatively. I only have high marks for the group exercise instructors (Deborah, Donna, Karen, Trey, Marina, Lexus, DK,<br>Ray and Bronwyn) The overall facilities management/maintenance and operations have been abysmal. Granted the A/C issues are inherited, the cleanliness, lack of responsiveness/oversight to temperature issues, scheduling snafus, etc. I am very close to non-renewal. Very disappointed to see the gym become this dysfunctional.Weekends are particularly the worst with little to no managerial input/availability.
