    Ordered through the app, waited over an hour, called the restaurant just be told the driver's car broke down. That sucks, but I shouldn't have to be the one to reach out for an update about my order when something like that happens.

    Have been coming to this establishment for over 5 years. Today, I tried to pay with card to which they alleged that the last time I was here, it came back stolen, and they tried to "chase me down, but I had already left." First, it is the very FIRST time that has ever been alleged to me from ANY establishment, I never use a card that's not under my name. Second, you have my phone number, my email, and my name, yet, I was never contacted about this. Why inconvenience me for a mistake YOUR SYSTEM made? At most, the manager should have contacted me about this, I would have immediately came back to square the issue. Now, you're telling I can NEVER pay with card, over a $20 meal, really?
