I've done Pilates for years at different places, but a new studio opened nearby so I decided to try it. During the one-on-one lesson, the instructor understood my body well and tailored the exercises to me, which was great because I was able to correct a lot of the bad habits and wrong postures I had picked up at other places. Right now I'm doing semi-private lessons with a friend, and I think it would be great if we could keep doing it consistently.

Tree Pilates has a very good vibe, clean and well equipped studio. Jiwon is the most caring and patient Pilates teacher I have ever come across. She takes a highly personalized approach to my sessions. In just two months I can see improvements that I have not experienced before with other studios. I can't recommend Tree Pilates enough. You will not be disappointed.

After trying several workout facilities, I'm glad I finally discovered Tree Classic Pilates. The studio is clean and quiet but what really stands out is my instructor JWK. She is incredibly focused, attentive, and truly motivating. Her professionalism and dedication make every session worthwhile. Kudos to Tree Classic Pilates~ please hold on to JWK! I'll definitely continue training with her.<br>Bottom line: Outstanding instruction and a truly motivating Pilates experience.
