Absolutely incredible! The food at Modern Bread & Bagel was SO good, especially the bagels. The texture was amazing, I genuinely couldn't believe they were gluten-free! The lady working was also so incredibly kind. Everyone was so welcoming and sweet. Such an amazing experience, and I'll definitely be back!

First and foremost, I am absolutely grateful for the Modern Bread and Bagel staff and products!<br><br>While I am celiac level of gluten free, friends and family aren't and they enjoy the range of all safe for celiac options here from salads to bagel sandwiches and bakery items.<br><br>We drive (depending upon traffic) about an hour each way except on Thursday nights it takes much longer (about an hour and a half each way.) But it is well worth the drive.<br><br>I LOVE the staff! Everyone is super helpful and friendly, and truly cares about diners experience so I am ALWAYS happy to go on Sunday outings to restock our freezer!<br><br>Now I've read some reviews and I'm writing this in the spirit of helpfulness for celiacs like me and also for "fair balance" to some very unfair criticisms that I was very disappointed to see.<br><br>Here goes my public service announcement....<br><br>1) The food is absolutely DELICIOUS!<br>2) I TRUST the Modern Bread and Bagel team for strict gluten free k
