    Pros: very quiet place and buildings<br><br>Cons: The buildings were built under a sewer line and wildlife behind it. Mice and huge roaches. Not to mention the raccoons that own the garbage bins. Property management (preferred management) gets their cut and do the minimum.

    If you didn't have to deal with a rude super / management , it would be great!
