  The food was terrible, even the fried cheese. The staff was rude! I was dealing with something else when we were ordering so I was distracted, and I realized a minute or two later that I forgot to mention my allergy. Given what I ordered, it wasn't likely to be an issue but I immediately got up to find the waiter to let him know. I could not find our waiter so I flagged down the only person I could find, the hostess. I apologized at least 3 times while explaining I forgot to note it to our waiter and she started reprimanding me, telling me it was my responsibility to tell my waiter when ordering....I apologized again and she again told me "In the future..." and continued to reprimand me! We were 1 of only 2 tables there so it wasn't like they had a lot going on or a lot of people to take care of. We ordered fried cheese, vodka piggies/pasta, and pasta with tomato sauce and all 3 items were disgusting. I had looked forward to eating here for months while planning my vacation and it was

  Not even sure where to begin with how awful our experience was. Worth mentioning this was the night of a Bruno Mars concert at the stadium. We got there at 4:30 and the place was empty but for 2 tables. We were sitting for nearly ten minutes before a waiter even showed up, in fact, our entire section was empty but for one other table when we arrived but over the next 10 minutes, the hostess filled the entire section and only then did a waiter come out and start to take drink orders when every table was seated. He was nowhere to be found until his section was full. Overall, we waited a half hour or more for one drink. I will just skip to the most egregious part of the meal. I ordered the raviolis. I ate two, they were hard in spots, like they were microwaved and they were also oddly shaped, and I realized it was because they were not Ravioli, they were Tortellini, which is not the end of the world but I really wanted ravis.   Abysmal. Waitstaff are slow and borderline incompetent. I had to ask 3 times and wait 40 minutes for a coke. Food was pretty good but my friends merlot was served with flies in it. Frankly I'm shocked this place is still open. Theres also the issue of the horrible service and insane wait times. I saw the staff blatantly ignore people and serve out of order. Will not be coming back. Cannot recommend.

  We really wanted to love the Mozzarella Bar, but unfortunately, the experience was a bit underwhelming. The food was okay, but nothing really stood out or left us wanting to come back for more. The staff was friendly and pleasant enough, but the service was pretty standard and nothing particularly memorable. We had the chicken parm entree (with spaghetti) and I forgot to take a picture of it.<br><br>Overall, there wasn't anything terrible about our visit, but for a place with such a strong reputation, we expected a little more. It was simply an average experience, which is why we're giving it 2 stars.
