They closed at 10 PM. I believe I arrived around 9:00 or 9:10. The person who took my order was sitting at the register and, I assume, was the owner. He took my order with a very unfriendly attitude.<br><br>My order arrived exactly half an hour later. There was no salt, seasoning, or anything else on the table, and no one even came by to check on me. They didn't ask even once if I needed anything.<br><br>I had recently moved to Rutherford and came here based on a friend's recommendation, but the service was honestly one of the worst I've experienced in years. I definitely don't think I'll be coming back.<br><br>As for the food, I can't really say anything bad about it. The pizza was average, and I don't want to criticize the taste unfairly.<br><br>I could have shared my experience on my personal social media accounts and publicly embarrassed the business, but I chose not to because I don't think that would be appropriate. However, I strongly recommend that they seriously reconsider the

Ferazzoli's in Rutherford never disappoints! Whether I'm calling in a pickup order for myself or placing a larger order for work, the service is always friendly, fast, and welcoming. My orders are always accurate, ready on time, and the food is consistently fresh, hot, and delicious. It's hands down my favorite Italian restaurant in the neighborhood. Thank you for always providing such wonderful customer service!
