In response to Jose, it seems you may have experienced Jen Rose on a particularly favorable day. As a frequent visitor to the Bergen County Surrogate Court, I have had multiple interactions with her and have also observed her interactions with others. While some encounters were indeed helpful, the majority were not. She tends to communicate with individuals in a condescending and dismissive manner. During the difficult time of losing a loved one, the last thing one desires is a negative interaction.<br><br>The staff at the Surrogate Court have consistently been helpful, kind, and understanding. If Jen Rose is present, it may be advantageous; if not, it is even preferable.<br><br>Thank you for your continued excellent service at the Bergen County Surrogate Court.

Provating a will. What an easy process. Everything is right on the website. I called to verify we didn't need anything else. The ladies at the counter are super friendly and helpful. Dropped off the papers and within 3 days Susan called to set up an appt. I was in town that morning so she took me earlier and went over everything. What a pleasure dealing wiht this group of people.<br>To add, the ladies at the front desk when I called gave me the 55 state st address for ease of parking. What a great experience.
