  I had a very bad experience with them. They are service is so bad. They always try to take money from you advance, once you give the money then whenever you need to talk to them they are very irresponsive. They don't pick up the phone call even they don't reply back your message. I brought 2 cabinets & two countertops from them. they don't provide me pillars & necessary molding. When I asked them later they charged me extra. They didn't provide me the countertop they supposed to agreed. If you do business with them they will give you pain in every moment. I don't recommend business with them. Stay away from them.<br><br>February 1, 2024<br>Yes, exactly this is how you respond with the people. You do serve people with fake way. You take money from people and try not to give them right things. Remember you took money from me to committed to give me the same marble for my 2nd countertop, but you don't.   Looked into the files, at first I did not see a file with the name "Abdus" but wanted to reach out to see how is it that the company provided bad service. After looking at your image on your profile, I see the order was placed in your brother's name not your name. I would like to mention the reason we request advanced deposits is to show commitment on the job. Yes we do request that one day prior to delivery of merchandise, whether cabinets or countertop, we ask customers pay the balance in full

  my advice stay away of this place they are so irresponsible, horrible service special the lady and the new girl don't know anything about service horrible place horrible service and y call a place to order a extra doors and name this place and they told me that they are so irresponsible. What about the 400 dollars extract want to charge me i explained the lady that area change and also the island was reduced from you guy and she still want to charge the same amount of squares if its not the counter guy that I explained and he metered again eve drought I told the girl she wants me to paid for 48 instead of 37 that i was getting<br>The sink we changed wit you designer from double to single but not the day of installation they show up wit double i was so fed up that I took it everything was a mess, my micro way cabinet if i don't ask you guys never said that was a problem with that and took around 3 more week to get it. my two door that was missing for over a month do you want me to keep

  Sorry that you felt that way Mr Luis. I really don't understand what you are implying about however your order was fulfilled. I am sure if you post a few pictures of your kitchen anyone who views it will say "WOW what a nice kitchen". We thank you for your business.
