  I've heard great things about this place up until recently. A family member of mine was a frequent customer but unfortunately had a substantial amount of money taken from the back of his phone during his last visit here. After multiple attempts to fix and address the situation, it seems like management just ignored and left him on read. Hearing things like this is disheartening but I think it is best to share this experience with others so they don't experience a similar situation.

  I was a loyal customer here for about a year and came in almost every week. I never expected my relationship with this business to end this way.<br><br>After one of my appointments, I realized that a $100 bill I had kept inside my phone case was missing. I reached out to the business to explain what happened and hoped they would take my concern seriously. Instead, my messages were left on read for two days, and I never received any accountability, explanation, or meaningful response.<br><br>Whether or not they agree with what happened, the complete lack of customer service, communication, and honesty was incredibly disappointing. As someone who supported this business consistently for so long, I expected to be treated with respect and have my concerns addressed.<br><br>They didn't just lose $100--they lost a loyal customer. I would never feel comfortable returning to this location after how this was handled. I also would strongly recommend that anyone visiting avoid bringing cash or ot

When you returned, we searched the treatment room together, and our staff searched again afterward, but the $100 was not found. We also carefully reviewed our security camera footage and found no evidence that anyone took or handled your cash.   I've been a loyal customer of this massage place for six years, and I've been seeing my massage therapist, Cindy, for the past four years. She's the only therapist I trust because no one else compares. Every time I visit, she knows exactly how to relieve the areas where I'm sore and tense.<br><br>The clinic is always spotless, and the front desk staff are consistently warm, welcoming, and professional. I've honestly never had a bad experience here.<br><br>If you're looking for an outstanding massage place, you definitely don't want to miss this one. Highly recommended!

  I had a transformative experience yesterday during my 60 minute deep tissue massage! I honestly can't remember receiving a better massage, at any price point, and Taiji's pricing makes for such an affordable option, the massages are truly treatments, not just a luxury!<br><br>Update: Today my husband and I both received 60 minute massages and each added cupping, we left relaxed and feeling so much less tense and sore, another great experience!

  They're reasonably priced. I normally go the gist of foot massage. When my card is punched, 10 times for the free foot massage, i get that for free and what I would normally spend for the foot massage. I put towards a body massage. Body massage is okay could be better
