Clean, spacious training areas - knowledgable and energetic trainers. recommend. I have a cat but I hear abut it and have grade A. And that's mean a lot Your dog will learn a lot here. As I mentioned, I'm a cat lover, but I highly recommend this place. Once again. ;)

Made an appointment for grooming based on the prices on their website. Upon arrival Noone was in reception to check me in. Waited 20 minutes along with another customer for someone to show up. Finally, i went out to the retail store to ask for help. The person in the cash register was not only annoyed but rude in his response. I went back to the grooming side and called the store number. It rang for atleast 10 minutes before someone answered. They explained the groomers were in the back and he would get someone to help. Finally after 30 minutes we got someone. The person checking me explained the price online was not correct and they will charge me an additional $40. No thank you!! Took my business elsewhere. Unprofessional, rude and sneaky with their prices. Thanks but no thanks.

Me senti realmente discriminada, sus politicas para atender a un perro dentro del centro son estupidos, sino tengo una licencia de conducir y un documento legal de USA no pueden atender a mi perro. Tengo los documentos pero no la licencia!! Y solo por no hablar ingles es algo ilogico y nefasto.
