  Unfortunately, my experience with Nick was extremely disappointing. He was appointed to represent me, yet communication was consistently poor, and I often felt dismissed and condescended to when asking reasonable questions about my own case.<br><br>What concerned me most was the manner in which he appeared to prioritize resolving issues for the opposing side rather than advocating for my interests. His conduct and apparent familiarity with circumstances surrounding the opposing party raised serious concerns for me about potential conflicts or affiliations, which I believe deserve appropriate review.<br>I am currently pursuing the appropriate channels to have my concerns regarding his conduct and handling of my case investigated. Lots of these attorneys get caught up in titles, connections etc while forgetting to remember there are superior courts. Investigative agencies in order to establish truth.   Avoid this law firm at all costs.. We had information that was vital to the sale of our property and this attorney hung up the phone before we could provide him the information. He materially changed the contract by almost 10% losing the sale for our client. He never reached out to us to let us know what was going on. We trusted this firm and they completely changed the contract without any communication that that's what they were doing. They didn't even have the decency to communicate with us. If it hadn't been for this firm my client would have had their dream home. They lost it through incompetence. Do not use this firm!!
