    New tenant in one of their commercial properties and could not be happier. Great communication with there team thorough the whole processes of negotiations through lease improvements. Over the past few month i liked the fact that i got emails, texts and calls to make sure everything was up to par. Stupid things just like showing up after we took the lease over to replace light bulbs that where on their list. No land lord would ever do that.

    They are the worst. They only care about money. The whole staff are nasty, from super to supervisor they are rude unprofessional and unpleasant. No residents stay for more than a year in this complex. They treat tenant badly for you to leave because anytime someone leave they raise the apartments prices.
