  After finally seeking out an '01 Lexus ES 300 with plenty of life to give, I did a quick Google search for specialists with the brand and Car Kings was at the top of the list. I brought it in for routine 100k maintenance and tune up and was pleased with the turn around and results. I'm going 0-100 real quick thanks to the knowledgable and efficient working mechanics alongside John and am ready to go another 100k with my new toy. I'll be seeing them again in the future for my next oil change for sure.

  I think John and the crew at Car Kings have a good operation for my needs.<br>I've got a 2012 Super Duty with the 6.2 liter gas engine and I needed my exhaust manifolds replaced. Ordinarily, I would have handled something like this on my own, but the years of hard use and corrosion from the salt that they use on the roads during the winter made the job more than I could safely handle.<br>I checked with a few local shops after two shops I regularly do business with admitted that it was beyond what they could handle and I got a recommendation for Car Kings from one shop that I visited that also couldn't handle the job.<br>John, on the other hand wasn't even phased when he looked my truck over. He explained his intended course of action and how he would have to approach the job if certain issues (broken studs and broken corroded bolts) reared their heads and we were both certain that they would, so there were no surprises there.<br>Could the bill have been a little less...?<br>Not by any

  I took my car in for a failed inspection first thing in the morning on a Friday with out an appointment. Most mechanics in the area need a heads up but the owner John was very kind and accommodating and took my car in to be looked at and informed me it was going to take some time. I said no problem and I sat down patiently until he came back and told me the issue with an estimate. He made me feel comfortable and during lunch had bought pizza for his whole crew and kindly asked me if I would have liked a slice I respectfully declined because I'm on a summer diet. He gave me a great and reasonable price and his mechanics did an outstanding job. I highly recommend this place for exceptional work and customer care.

  I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. The pricing feels extremely inflated and unreasonable. It honestly seems like they add charges everywhere possible just to make the final bill much higher.<br><br>Simple maintenance items were priced far above what they should reasonably cost, and labor charges were excessive. When you see a bill like this, you start questioning whether you're paying for actual service or just being taken advantage of.<br><br>As someone who owns a heavy-duty truck and understands maintenance costs, I don't expect cheap service--but I do expect fair and transparent pricing. This place felt more like a money trap than a trustworthy repair shop.<br><br>I would strongly recommend getting quotes elsewhere before agreeing to any work here.
