These guys are young and ambitious and have a very professional operation going on at KRP! They are thorough, and their service is quick and their photos of the work they do is a definite plus. Add to that their policy of providing customers transportation if the car has to stay in shop is a great convenience. Nothing but kudos for these guys. Great experience!

Dropped off my car for an oil change. They said it might take 1-2 hours. I dropped off the car and waited while I did some work nearby. When I came back two hours later, my car wasn't even on the lift.<br><br>EDIT: They reached out to me and invited me back to make things right. I came back today, and they took care of the oil change. I really appreciate them listening to my feedback, reaching out, and taking the time to make things right. Thank you for the follow-up and for making this a much better experience.

Great place, everyone very personable everyone I spoke with got A+ . Always did own repairs, had close friend who was great mechanic, taught me how to work on cars myself. I am Vietnam vet myself, older now can't do that work any more. If you want some work done on your vehicle by an honest set of guys this is your place! One more thing I don't do reviews But had to do this one.
