I have been suffering from a fall and have seen many doctors including chiropractor and acupuncturist. Finally saw a pain management doctor and got an epidural injection but still not fully treated. Then I met Main Kim and he changed everything for me. Worked with me every step of the way. He is more than a physical therapist!!!!! Thank you

I've been going to Main for a few months due to knee pain I've been experiencing prior for about a year. Had knee surgery few years ago (ACL and meniscus tear from wrestling) and felt that my rehab after wasn't as effective towards my recovery.<br>I have visited other physical therapists but felt that the quality of the method provided for my case wasn't aimed to get me back to fully training martial arts.<br>Just a few months with Main I was able to feel tremendous difference in my knee. No pain during long distance runs, weight training or martial arts. His expertise is not only valuable but he is able to deliver information precisely. He spends time to fully understand your background, and the root of the problem.<br>I'm grateful I came to the right professional. I feel stronger as an athlete and more knowledgeable from what he taught me about proper rehab and training for my knee. Highly recommend!

The only PT who actually solved my injury!<br>After a hip injury halted my marathon training, I wasted time and money on several PTs who couldn't get to the root of the problem. I had the pleasure to get physical therapy done by Main, and I have to say he is by far the best in Fort Lee! He is very professional at what he does, and he also goes over what you have to do to help yourself get better after your session (which really helps in my opinion). I love coming to get my physical therapy done by him! I highly recommend anyone to come and give this place a try and get PT done! you won't regret it
