  I don't like leaving negative reviews, and I genuinely like the owner, but my experience here wasn't a good one.<br>I explained how I prefer my nails cut, since I know how they react to certain shapes. Instead of accommodating that, the technician became visibly frustrated, raised her voice, and kept tapping and slapping my toes. When I asked if she was upset with me, she said no, then lectured me about how "everyone" gets their nails cut square. It was uncomfortable and I felt dismissed for making a simple request.<br>This was my first pedicure in about four months. Since the appointment, one of my nails has lifted and come off entirely, it peeled off the way an acrylic would, which confused me because I only had regular polish. I haven't been to a beach, lake, or pool, or anywhere else my feet could have been exposed.<br>I won't be returning. I think I got fungus or something. This has never happened to me before:/

  Extremely unprofessional staff. Initially, I booked service through Groupon for regular Pedicure & Manicure. During Pedicure I asked if I can add Gel polish for hands. The lady said yes $25 extra. I agreed. When the lady was doing manicure for hands (Gel polish thing was not even close or started). I told her that I would like to switch to regular as when I asked her about do I need to come to remove here & how long will it last. I changed my mind as I don't have always time to drive the salon just to remove as this salon was far from my home. Right after this, the lady started behaving extremely rude & started speaking in Spanish with other worker & other customer about me like I switched from Gel to Regular. I couldn't understand fully as my Spanish is poor but with some English words she used I picked it up. I would never recommend this place.<br>Initially I was very impressed with her work and was willing to provide a good tip. But with this kind if extremely rude & unprofessional

  We had a great experience at this salon! My goddaughter and I both had manicures and pedicures, and we were both very pleased with the service.

  Claudia did an amazing job! I enjoyed every moment of my spa pedicure, and my two kitties approve of my nails too I'll definitely be back!
