I want to start by saying Jose was great to work with. He was responsive, communicated well throughout, and I had no issues with the service he personally provided.<br><br>Unfortunately, I'm extremely disappointed with how my credit application was handled by the finance department. Before submitting the application, I told Jose clearly that I already had a pre-approval through a specific finance company, in fact, that's how I found the vehicle, and I asked that my credit application be submitted only to that lender.<br><br>Despite that, I started receiving notifications that my credit had been run through multiple finance companies. This is exactly what I had asked not to happen.<br><br>The finance manager later called me about it and confirmed that Jose had passed along my instructions to submit the application only to the lender I was pre-approved through. He acknowledged that he submitted it to multiple lenders anyway. There was no miscommunication, my instructions were clear, and
