    Excellent facilities! The staff was wonderful and took care of us with kindness and respect! Especially appreciate Sasha who is a saint!! Highly recommend her and her team! 5 stars!

    Staff is phenomenal!! Truly a different experience than other places we've seen. Sasha was so helpful and goes above and beyond. Nice to see that some places still care

    <br><br>Had a really nice experience at Complete Care Prospect Heights. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and you can really tell the staff cares about the residents. It's a great place with a warm, caring atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!

    My cousin was admitted to Complete Care on August 19. From the moment she got there, the staff contacted me to give me all the information about what was expected while she is receiving treatment. She's getting better and I received phone calls and texts about her progress. The staff is always available to any of my questions. Sasha is so great and professional. And also the other case managers. The facility is very clean. My cousin likes some of food and others not. But overall she's happy. Even though I know she rather be home. Thank you to everyone that is part of her care.
