  Alright, I wasn't originally going to say anything, but after leaving a comment in the store and being told someone would get back to me, I never heard anything. I work at a gym nearby, and after one of our workouts I brought a group of 11-12 people to Salad House. Unfortunately, I ended up getting severe food poisoning from the meal shown above. It was bad enough that I couldn't go to work the next day, and I lost 6 pounds in about 36 hours. I'm sharing this because I hope this isn't something anyone else has to experience, and I hope the issue gets looked into.

  I've tried a few different salads, and they were all filling and delicious, but my favorite is the falafel wrap. The staff is friendly, and the place is always clean and welcoming.

  I've been a loyal customer of Salad House for a long time, but unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing--and likely my last. In the past, the food was always fresh, and the customer service was excellent. Today, however, was a completely different experience. I ordered a soup, an appetizer, and a steak wrap, and the wrap was honestly one of the most disgusting things I've ever tasted. The meat did not seem like steak at all--it tasted spoiled or like low-quality liver. It felt like the flavor was being masked with heavy sauces, but the bad taste still came through. I ended up removing all the meat from the wrap, but by then it was too late. My stomach has been in pain since, which is very concerning. What made the situation worse was the lack of customer service. I informed the employee at the front desk, but she responded mechanically, repeating that they check ingredients every morning. There was no attempt to resolve the issue-- no replacement, no refund. That was reall

  I walked in around 4pm and ordered just sides because I wanted to try a little bit of different things but mostly because I just wanted the falafels. Not my first time ordering, but every time I try something new end up having such a tasty experience! Today wasn't the exception. Those pita bites were so soft and warm. My sweet potatoes were crispy and loved the fact that it's a mix of purple, orange and yellow sweet potatoes, that's AMAZING! Then of course my falafel bites are just SOOOOOO GOOD! Can't ever go wrong with that plus a tzatziki sauce. The attention was very fast and cordial, the place was clean and had soft music and my food was very enjoyable. Definitely coming back!!!

  This place has fallen off. I love their food but the inconsistency with online orders is annoying. They always seem to forget something. The last 3 times I have ordered from Uber eats, they missed the order notes. I ordered a Cobb salad which comes with chicken. I paid an extra $10 to have steak added. Where's the chicken? Won't be ordering from this location again

  Very clean establishment. Online ordering was super easy and food was ready before scheduled pick up time. Food had great taste and nice portion size. I will definitely order again. Ordered the Teriyaki Shrimp Bowl. Very yummy. Only thing I wish I could have closed the type of grain I wanted in the bowl.
