  What sold us initially was how quickly and clearly Nick communicated before we even signed anything, and that didn't change once the work started. The project ran two to three months and covered a lot of ground: a full shower addition, a complete basement finish, and window well repairs to solve our water intrusion problem. Through all of it, Nick and his team kept us in the loop, answered questions fast, and made sure we understood what was happening at each stage.<br><br>The craftsmanship speaks for itself, and the attached photos show it: the new shower tile work is beautiful, clean lines, great attention to detail on the niche and fixtures. The basement went from an unfinished space to a bright, comfortable room we actually use now. And the window well fix has held up, no more water where we used to have problems.<br><br>Beyond the quality of the work, Nick is just a genuinely good guy to work with, honest, easy to talk to, and someone who takes real pride in doing things right.<br

  As a first-time homeowner in the U.S. and an expat with very little knowledge of home improvement costs, finding a trustworthy contractor was intimidating. We took more than 10-15 quotes and were utterly confused to pick which one. We were lucky to find Nic at New View Home Improvement who made the entire experience so easy.<br><br>He gave us one of the best quotes and, unlike most contractors, let us buy our own materials so we knew exactly what was going into our home.   The quality of the work really stands out. The tile installation, fixtures, and overall design came together beautifully, and everything was completed on time as promised.   We had our bathroom remodeled and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The company was very professional from the day they came out for the estimate. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel confident moving forward.<br>The preparation was outstanding--they properly protected the house and kept everything clean, minimizing dust throughout the project. Everything ran smoothly and was handled in a very professional manner.<br>They showed up every single day as promised and stayed on schedule, which we really appreciated.   From the very first time I met Nick till the end of my project, Nick was a consummate professional. I started out thinking I'd do a major structural bathroom renovation, but then changed my plans drastically and ended up doing a much smaller scale bathroom remodel and dozens of small things around the house because I was hard pressed for time. I think it's actually much harder and definitely more time consuming for a contractor to do a million small things than one big project. Throughout the project, Nick was patient, always had time to listen to my feedback about any aspect of the project, and was very transparent about costs. My project was scheduled to be done in 6 days but when it wasn't, Nick came on a Sunday and worked all day Sunday to finish it because he knew I was under the gun time-wise. His crew are nice, hardworking people and the quality of work is amazing. I also appreciated it very much that they worked quietly without blasting music all day. I highly recommend New Vie
