    I had one of the most disappointing pedicure experiences I've ever had here.<br><br>I was seated at 3:00 PM and the service was completely finished by 3:10 PM. A 10-minute pedicure is unacceptable--especially when key parts of basic nail care were skipped.<br><br>There was no proper cleaning under the nails, no cuticle care, no trimming along the sides to prevent ingrown nails, and the massage lasted barely a few minutes. The service felt rushed and incomplete.<br><br>To make matters worse, I was told there would be an additional charge to use the UV light simply because I brought my own polish. Charging extra after providing a rushed and minimal service is unreasonable.<br><br>When I chose not to tip due to the quality of service, I was met with pressure and told to "call ahead next time," which does not excuse poor workmanship.<br><br>I paid for a service that was not properly delivered. I come to salons for care, relaxation, and professional results--none of which were provided.<br>

    They are friendly. And Kelly is amazing at doing nails. They have beautiful and new colors and everyone is nice.

    Everyone treats you like family there. They couldn't be nicer. Kelly does a great job for my gel nails.
