  Extremely rude and disrespectful people working there. 1st floor appointment area. No compassion no help just attitude and disrespect. LUCKILY I HAVE FRIENDS IN TRENTON TO TAKE AWAY THEIR JOBS. ALL THEY DO IS TALK ABOUT THEIR PERSONAL LIVES AND PROBLEMS ALL DAY THEN THE WHOLE OFFICE GOES TO LUNCH AT THE SAMS TIME LEAVING PEOPLE WAITING FOR HOURS

  I want to express my sincere gratitude to William for her outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, she treated me with genuine kindness, patience, and compassion. She never made me feel rushed and took the time to answer every question thoroughly, doing everything she could to help.<br><br>Losing a job is an incredibly difficult and discouraging experience, and I had been feeling overwhelmed and discouraged. William's kindness and understanding brought me so much comfort during such a challenging time. Knowing that English is not my first language, she even wrote down the most important information on paper so I wouldn't miss anything. That thoughtful gesture meant a great deal to me and made me feel truly supported.<br><br>What impressed me most was that she cared as if he were helping a member of her own family.   Went in for an appointment scheduled for 2:10 p.m. I arrived around 1:45 p.m. . There were several people sitting in the chairs and I thought I was going to be there forever. I gave my identification to the security guard, he rifled through his papers to find my name and appointment, handed back my ID and a little paper with the number 24. Number 24??? Again, I thought I was going to be there forever.<br>Boy, was I wrong!!! Instead of instructing me to go sit in the chairs with the rest of the people, the security guard told me go right over to booth number one. So, I did.<br>The lady sat me down, listened to my reason for being there, checked in her computer, took some papers from me and sent me on my merry way.<br>Also, I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes!!! If I had known it was going to be that fast, I wouldn't have paid for an hour of parking!!!<br>Security guard and the lady that I dealt with excellent lovely friendly professional people!!!<br>It's a shame, that it

  I called to make an appointment with this gentleman named John Hammer. He didn't even want to give me his name when I asked him so that's the best I can do. For His name and he said he was the supervisor for unemployment and asked me to go on a website and finish my business there I told him that I don't have a computer he made a fun of me that I don't have a computer the way he said it with his voice to me so unprofessional, he should not be a supervisor and he should not be answering any calls with people that are trying to call and get some help unprofessional.
