  John explained in great detail what I needed. He did a great job charging my system with Freon. He even came to do the work on the day we had really bad weather

  I can't recommend John at Total Air Satisfaction enough. He came out, inspected my system, did a leak test, and quickly found that the evaporator coil was the problem. Since my system uses an older refrigerant, replacing just the coil didn't make much sense, so he walked me through my options without any pressure.<br><br>The hardest part was finding a compatible air handler, but John tracked one down and got everything installed right on schedule. The whole process was smooth, and now my AC is blowing ice cold again.<br><br>John is easy to work with, explains everything in a way that's easy to understand, and really gives you confidence that you're making the right decision. It's hard to find honest, reliable people these days, and I'm glad I found him. Thanks again, John. Really appreciate the great work.

  John is a decent chap who is responsive to initial inquiries insofar as he returns phone calls and has a friendly phone demeanor. That said, my experience in hiring him was unsuccessful and I felt a bit cheated. His principal task was to install a "smart" thermostat and in that he failed but still charged me for it. His minimum charge is $175 (labor only) and I supplied the thermostat (and its accessories - e.g., a mounting plate and power extender, if needed). Because he would be at my house, I also supplied a couple of capacitors for him to swap out. He charged an extra $75 for that which was successful. Still, that was a secondary activity and I'd not have hired him had I thought the primary task of thermostat installation would fail. He gets an "A" for effort but (as I found out later) he even went to his truck to retrieve a 24-volt transformer which --- as I found out after hiring somebody else later - was the solution but John still couldn't make it work.<br><br>So, he took all $

  Thanks for the words Wayne. This is exactly why I encourage customers to not buy their own parts and to stay far away from Ecobee and Nest. If you would like we can work something out like money off your next service but we do not issue refunds on a job that should have took 1 hour and I spent over 2 hours at your house trying to help you out.

  Jonathan, Matt, Moises, and Carl were all fantastic. They were very knowledgeable, on time, and transparent on the process with a 3 head mini split install. Can't recommend them enough. They listen, are quick at responding, and clean up after themselves. None of them left my house until they were comfortable with their own install and made sure it was running perfectly with no issues. Not the type of people to finish a shotty install and leave immediately. They did a great job and will be referring them to anyone who reads this and anyone I know who needs work.
