My experience with K&A Auto Repair was very disappointing. I brought my vehicle to the shop for an agreed-upon scope of work, but from the beginning there were issues involving communication, costs, and the quality of the repair process.<br><br>The dispute ultimately resulted in court proceedings, where I had the opportunity to present my evidence and arguments. The outcome of the case supported my position in the dispute with the shop.<br><br>What disappointed me most was the lack of professionalism and the way my concerns were handled after I raised them. Instead of receiving a reasonable explanation or resolution, the matter had to be settled in court.<br><br>Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. I strongly encourage customers to carefully document all agreements, estimates, invoices, and the condition of their vehicle before and after any repair work

He did a bolt replacement on rear differential, was very sweet & quick. Lovely experience.

My experience at K&A Auto Repair was great. Chris is a wonderful person and willing to help with all your car needs. He is consistently providing excellent service to my car as well as to the rest of my families cars. We recommend him 100% :)

Shop recently switched hands, it's the garage just to the right of JR Collision, the new owner Chris was recommended to me by a family member. Turned out to be an excellent experience when I had difficulty troubleshooting a problem in my VW. I'm an engineer and generally know what I'm doing, but after a few days of various troubleshooting approaches I threw in the towel. Chris was able to find the problem, which turned out to be a NEW part that had failed shortly after install. I dismissed it being that it was a new part, but not Chris, he found it, corrected the problem and got me on my way. His prices were also very competitive especially considering the pain that German cars tend to be.
