I have never imported anything before and was running into a few minor issues which were swiftly handled by Jane at Portside. I am forever grateful for her calmly walking me through everything and explaining the process to me. She alleviated so much uncertainty and anxiety. You guys made this scary process much more smooth than I ever could have anticipated, even exciting!!! I can't thank you guys enough!

There are the best company ever they absolutely help us get our merchandise getting through customs with clearance and FDA as well. Carey was the best helping us through we got our merchandise in record time go to them first!!!!
