This was my first time getting acupuncture, and I had such an amazing experience with Alicia at Instinct Acupuncture and Wellness. She was incredibly informative and took the time to explain everything she was doing and how it would help heal my neck and shoulder pain, which immediately put me at ease. It didn't hurt at all, in fact I could feel so much tension releasing throughout my body. She also incorporated cupping and red light therapy, which made a noticeable difference. I left feeling rejuvenated and restored. Her space is energetically calm and zen, truly a healing environment. Since my session, she has reached out to check in and ask how I'm feeling and if I need anything, which meant so much to me. You can truly tell she is passionate about her work and genuinely cares. I highly recommend!

Alicia is amazing 10/10! I went to see her due to my pinch nerve flaring up and she gave me so much relief from just one session! She is extremely gentle and great to talk to. Alicia really took her time and helped me so much with all the chronic pain I have been experiencing since 2016. I can't wait for my next session with her!

I came into Instinct feeling tired, super sore, and running on empty. I'm an avid gym-goer and after a long week of work and workouts I am just all kinds of beat up.<br><br>After my session with Alicia, I left feeling grounded, centered, and revitalized; felt like I was walking on clouds. Throughout the session she maintained a calming voice which really helped with my anxiety and the vibe was overall relaxing.<br><br>Definitely happy I added this to my recovery regimen. Looking forward to my future sessions. Wish I had done this sooner!
