This bank has improved significantly! The new staff is friendly, Michele and Mildred are both professional and welcoming. The Manager is very attentive and supportive, making the customer service experience significantly better. The shift in staffing has made it enjoyable to visit this branch. Well done!

Worst bank teller I've ever encountered, not able to assist general client need, keep pushing back, not professional at all. Went to the other branch and teller was able to help in a timely manner, avoid.

This was possibly one of the best experiences I've had with a financial institution. The place was clean and the personnel were very friendly. I sat and spoke to Mrs. Hoxha about my account and she listened before she asked questions which was very helpful. She explained things to where they were understandable and not some banking language. She was a very extremely helpful..so thank you to all for a great experience today.
